A fruity, sticky blend of Lincolnshire grown rapeseed oil, raspberry wine vinegar and mint. It's absolutely delicious and tastes rich, fruity and a little indulgent, drizzle over a blue cheese salad, the sweetness complements the sharp cheese perfectly.
