A delicious blend of 10 year old Oak Aged Modena Balsamic Vinegar and British grown Rapeseed Oil which gives a rich, fruity, sharp taste. Amazing drizzled over a baby leaf salad with parmesan shavings on top. Try drizzling over potatoes or Mediterranean veg before roasting. 
 
Makes a fab dip with crusty bread too.
